Sublimation is a printing process that dyes the fabric itself rather than sitting on top of it, so the design never cracks, peels, or fades the way screen-printed kits can. Because the dye goes into the fibre, there's no extra cost for using more colours or intricate patterns — which is why modern kits can have full gradients, textures, and detail that older kit styles couldn't. We design the print file specifically for this process so it's ready to hand straight to a sublimation manufacturer.

No — Arcsdesign is a design studio, not a manufacturer. We hand you print-ready design files which you then send to a manufacturer of your choice to have printed and sewn. If you don't have one yet, we're happy to point you toward the kind of supplier to look for based on your order size.
